据中国日报报道 近日在美国纽约的朱美拉·埃塞克斯酒店举办了一场奢华婚礼，花费高达25万美元。而有趣的是，新人并不是某位幸福的女士和风度翩翩的绅士，而是两只可爱的宠物狗。这场婚礼打破了吉尼斯世界纪录，获得全世界最昂贵宠物婚礼的殊荣。

举行婚礼的新婚狗狗，新郎是希伊·帕斯特纳克（左），新娘是芭比·霍普。

据英国《太阳报》网站7月14日报道，在这场婚礼中，幸福的新娘是一只名叫芭比·霍普的白色棉花面纱犬，其主人是一位名叫温迪的动物爱心人士，新郎是来自弗吉尼亚州的贵宾犬希伊·帕斯特纳克。

本月12日晚，两只幸福的小狗喜结连理，有250名宾客前来为它们送上祝福。此次婚礼同时也是一次慈善募捐，所以到场的嘉宾每人需自付250美元门票费，所得钱款将捐给纽约动物保护协会。

婚礼当天两只小狗身穿专门定制的服装，光是新娘芭比的结婚礼服就价值6000美元，而新郎希伊的燕尾服也非常华丽。除了昂贵的礼服外，婚礼场地的布置也尽显奢华，仅酒店租用费就高达5.6万美元。此外，还有2.9万美元的鲜花点缀全场，1.5万美元的交响乐队伴奏，甚至给宾客准备的自助餐也要每份5000美元。

这场婚礼花费总额高达25万美元，这些费用并不是由这对小狗的主人支付，而是由一些社会人士捐赠。
